Before founding Longevity Realty Partners, principal L. Michael Wallace served as vice president at Colliers International for 10 years, specializing in multi-discipline disposition / acquisition transactions as well as investment sales. He is a licensed real estate broker and
valuation specialist (MAI designee) with over 20 years of commercial real estate
experience. He has worked all sides of the commercial property equation, as broker/consultant, owner/developer, and appraiser, and has been involved in over 900 transactions (sales, leases, appraisals).
Wallace’s personal experience with ownership, investment and development of real estate properties , combined with market knowledge and sales experience provides for a very unique and valuable skill package for the partners and clients of LRP. Mike began remodeling homes to turn a profit in the late 1980's, and has expanded his endeavors to include shopping centers, mini-storage development, retail / industrial investments, childcare facilities and multi-family construction. His direct ownership and management of projects gives him exposure to the possible upsides and pitfalls of real estate as an investment. He also brings over 12 years of sales and marketing experience to the table, servicing business and investor requirements for purchase, sale and lease of real property.
Wallace spent the first part of his career as a commercial appraiser, working all of the major Texas markets to include Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, El Paso, and Austin. In 1992, he earned the MAI designation and formed his own company, Professional Real Estate Services, Inc (PRES, Inc). Wallace’s skills are further endorsed by his designation as CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1997. Both designations add value to development, investment or marketing projects, by bringing advisory and consulting skills to the process.

A native of Orange, Texas, Wallace holds a Master's degree in Real Estate (1986), and an undergraduate degree in Economics (1984), both from Texas A&M University.
