L. Michael Wallace - Principal

As Principal of Longevity Realty Partners, Mike’s business focus is serving local and national companies in the evaluation, leasing, purchase and disposition of real estate facilities and assets. He provides his clients with experience from a wide range of related disciplines including project development and renovation, appraising, cost estimating, feasibility/use analysis, tax consulting, expert witness testimony, and building management.

Lynn D. Stewart - Broker / Consultant

Ms. Stewart joined Longevity Realty Partners, bringing over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Her area of expertise includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, monitoring critical dates through the due diligence process, marketing initiatives that include web design and implementation, creation and maintaining databases for tracking deals and market trends, as well as the development of new marketing materials.

Ann Marie Gallagher – Broker / Consultant

During her career, Ms. Gallagher has held positions with CB Richard Ellis as a Consultant for the National Land Group and the Global Life Sciences Group where she was the Single Point of Contact for the Life Science Whitepaper. She also served as Chief Operations officer for the Colliers International Houston office where she managed the day to day operational aspects of a 40+ brokerage team, established policies and procedures, managed the facility, including the expansion of the company to a full‐floor, and produced Quarterly Reports for the Office and IndustrialMarkets in the Houston Area.
